You moved to New York with nothing but suitcases, how have you managed to furnish your apartment so quickly and create such a cozy home?
Thanks! Two words: Brooklyn Flea. When my boyfriend and I first moved to New York we pretty much furnished our entire apartment with flea finds. We also have a habit of finding bits and pieces on the street. I’m a firm believer in one man’s trash is another man’s treasure. And yes, I always check for bed bugs!

We can tell you love fresh flowers, what are your favorites?
My favorite flowers are sweetpeas, which I’ve never been very successful at growing (to my boyfriend’s dismay, I rarely remember to water plants). I also love peonies and vintage roses.
