We know you love to shop at the Alameda Flea Market. What has been your favorite vintage or antique find to date?
Yes, my 6am wake up call every first Sunday of the month is really the only time I pop out of bed and I’m not tired – go figure. This is a hard question because I love every piece I’ve bought there, but if I had to name a few it would be the $20 Moroccan shoes (I’ll never find anything like them again), a $15 wrought iron side table, and my dining room chairs. Everything I’ve bought I love, so that was a tough question!
What is your wardrobe staple?
Scarves, scarves, and more scarves – I think I have around 40. Living in San Francisco you’ve got to have layers that you can throw on when the fog starts rolling in. A few more staples that I cannot live without are my Clare Vivier clutches, Club Monaco army green coat, Erica Tanov cashmere sweaters and, of course, my Melissa Joy Manning ring that I wear every single day.
Caitlin’s coffee table is decorated with Moroccan shoes purchased at a flea market, Polaroid pictures of major events, and two hearts that have the vows from her wedding last April.
Left, this timeless Chloe handbag was a gift from her mom. Right, bed linens from Erica Tanov and John Robshaw.

How do you like to spend your Sundays?
In all honesty, at home. Not setting my alarm clock and waking up to the birds singing outside my window. Lying in bed reading a book (something that rarely happens) until my husband gets so hungry that I finally have to get out of bed to cook him brunch. Going for a walk in the Presidio park where trails take you to different views of the bay and ending the day by putting a few blog posts together for the week and cooking a home cooked meal. We’re always trying new recipes.

What to you is “glittery?”
Anything that makes me feel confident and myself. There really isn’t anything better. Sometimes it’s a certain pair of heels or an outfit that finally came together the right way. Other times it’s a piece of statement jewelry or new lip-gloss. So many things in life can make you feel glittery.
