H20 Yoga:
Think Bikram Yoga is tough? Try the newest form of yoga on a stand-up paddle board: H2O Yoga. This workout requires performing yoga poses and postures while balancing on a floating paddle board. Trying to find and gain stability while on a paddle board focuses on core strength and brings a new challenge to the workout. Most classes come with a board and are budget friendly.

    Oh my gosh, I have never heard of H20 yoga! that looks fricken intense. where do they have those classes? And I have always wanted to try stand up paddle boarding but I’m so terrified of sharks….

    And we do the heavy rope exercise at my gym, it’s intense.

    A fun way to freshen up your fitness routine is to get out of the gym and workout outside! Sunrise or sunset, spectacular scenery will inspire you.

    I lead outdoor bootcamp-style group fitness classes and do personal training in plenty of pretty parts of San Francisco. The Marina Green (right on the Bay), The Presidio National Park, Lyon St. steps/AltaVista Park/Lafayette Park (surrounded by multi-million $ manses), Golden Gate Park, Dolores Park, etc. Pick your preferred point, and voila, welcome to your new “studio”.
