We asked Lisa of With Style & Grace to introduce us to a popular cocktail from the ’70s–say hello to the Greyhound! This fizzy drink is perfect for a weekend brunch. Sweet and refreshing, it’s also very easy to make with two main ingredients! We like the pizzaz that pink lollipops add (see here).
– 2 oz vodka
– 4 oz grapefruit juice
– Lemon or lime wedge for garnish (optional)
1. Fill your glass(es) with ice cubes. Pour the vodka and grapefruit juice over the cubes. Stir well.
2. Garnish with a lemon or lime wedge (optional).
Note: For a fun twist, make with infused vodkas!
