The Lela Rose Fall 2012 collection — inspired by Spanish architect, sculptor, and engineer Santiago Calatrava — was a feminine mix of structure and movement. The twisted updos (by Ted Gibson) and bold, eggplant-colored lips that we saw on the models backstage perfectly complimented Lela’s designs. All of the shoes in the show were a special collaboration between Lela Rose and Payless Shoes, and the runway designs will inspire Lela’s Fall 2012 Lela Rose for Payless collection (due out in September)!
