It’s hard to ignore the intricate and bold statement of an Ikat print–this global pattern has been popping up everywhere in interior design! Ikat (pronounced “ee-kot”) is a great way to add a pop of color and pattern to your home. Its interesting design offers a worldly feel. If you want to take a big (and fashionable) risk, go for an Ikat wall in your entryway or style two Ikat chairs in your living room. If you’d prefer to incorporate this trend in smaller steps, start with some fun pillows or a colorful throw on a neutral couch. Either way, this exotic motif is sure to add some ‘wow factor’ to your space!

Who is the designer of the ikat wallpaper above? I love it!
That’s actually a jewel glass mosaic from New Ravenna Mosaics. It’s so gorgeous!

i love everything about the IKAT designs, but my favorites are the turquoise couch with many many bright fluffy cushions on it. and also the purple corner chair to raise the oomph factor in the bedroom.
