Working with Art.com has been such a pleasure for us! We’ve discovered new and exciting pieces and fell in love all over again with some of our longtime favorites. Art and photography are both so important to us—they inspire us to be more creative and ignite memories of things that we love and cherish. Some of our favorite pieces on Art.com are simply visual candy for us to marvel over, while others hold a more special, emotional place in our hearts.
A few of our favorites are:
Lips by Andy Warhol: We Glitter Girls are major lipstick lovers. We seldom leave the house without rocking our signature color. So we find ourselves especially attracted to quirky lip prints. This “Lips” piece by Andy Warhol is one of our longtime favorites.
Brigitte Bardot “Love is My Profession” movie poster: We have a soft spot for Brigitte Bardot. She’s always been one of our ultimate style and beauty icons. Her bed head hair and winged eyeliner is a regular go-to look for us. So naturally, we love to watch every movie she’s in. We also love this poster for it’s unique appearance—it’s actually repurposed from a vintage postcard.
Typography California Warm: Being California natives, we have an affinity for art and photography that showcases our favorite state. We love the vivid color on this poster and that the typography has a very ’70s vibe.
Françoise Hardy black and white photography: Françoise Hardy is another one of our style icons. We appreciate this soft silhouette of her and think it’s perfect for a chic fashion girl’s office.
