DIY: Quartz Ornaments

With the holidays in full force, it’s time to add something special to your decorations. From front doors to tabletops, tree trimmings to gift wrapping, the options are endless. No matter what your color scheme is, something shiny will always fit in. Why not add a bit of statement sparkle with some quartz ornaments? These gems also make the perfect handmade gift!

MATERIALS:
-quartz pieces
-3/8″ ribbon, trimmed to 10″ pieces
-super glue

  • 1. Using the super glue, place a small amount on the top of the quartz piece.

  • 2. Working quickly, find the middle part of the ribbon and press it into the glue, holding it while it dries (1-2 minutes).

  • 3. Once dry, tie the end of the ribbon in a knot.

  • Simple as that! Hang them on your favorite tree and enjoy the sparkle they give off.
