Today we have a delicious mulled wine cocktail recipe by ONEHOPE WineONEHOPE donates half the proceeds from each bottle of wine sold to charity (now isn’t that just perfect for the holidays?!). When you purchase the Pinot Noir used in this particular recipe, half the proceeds from the bottle go towards providing clean water. Check out this festive recipe—and head back tomorrow to learn how to make their Milk Chocolate Peppermint Sparkling Sgroppini!

– 1 bottle of ONEHOPE Pinot Noir

– 1/3 cup sugar

– 3 cinnamon sticks (and 1 extra per serving for garnish)

– 1 cup chopped cranberries

– Chop cranberries in half and fill to a cup.

– In a small pot, combine the wine, sugar, cinnamon (sticks), and cranberries.

– Bring to a boil and stir to dissolve the sugar.

– Reduce heat to a simmer and allow to cook for 5 minutes until wine has slightly reduced. (If your wine reduces much faster, turn the heat down or remove from heat entirely.)

– Strain most of the cranberry from the mixture, but allow some for garnish and added flavor/texture

– Pour into four mugs and serve with a cinnamon stick.
