Pop.Clink.Fizz: An Elderflower & Champagne Cocktail

Just in time for the Oscars, we have a refreshing and glam cocktail up our sleeve! You can find Elderflower juice or liquor at gourmet grocers—it really takes your average Champagne cocktail up a notch! We’ll be sipping on this cocktail as we root for our favorite stars on Sunday night!

CHAMPAGNE & ELDERFLOWER COCKTAIL

Makes 1.

INGREDIENTS

1 oz. Elderflower liqour or concentrate (ours is from Ikea and non-alcoholic)

1 oz. Gin

Dry Champagne

Lemon to garnish

DIRECTIONS

Pour gin and elderflower liquor or concentrate over ice. Top with champagne and a slice of lemon. Cheers!
