Yesterday we shared our tips for cleaning out your makeup bag, and today we have a simple guide to help you clean your abode from top to bottom—all in one day. (We promise: it is a possible feat!) Ummm. You left off the part where the dog carries off your paper towel roll (and then eats it) and then you spend ten minutes looking for that same roll. That’s how spring cleaning rolls at my house. Lots of wasted time looking for the supplies surrounded by bursts of actual cleaning.

I did this while I was on spring break, and while it took a bit longer than one day, it was totally worth it to start classes back up with a fresh, clean apartment!

Yes they also forgot to say that if you have toddlers that this is every day cleaning! Toilet training? You’ll definitely be washing all the linens this week!
Do the laundry until its all done? Not possible. I do laundry every day and I still have loads to make up over the weekend.
Boys? Or adventurous girls? You’ll have to round up all those outside clothes and search them for twigs, holes, sandbox sand, and rocks before washing it all in industrial cleaners.

The guide and the checklist are excellent. Can really guide me through the soon-to-be spring cleaning. It might look like spring is far away, but in a month time, I suspect it will be under way at full speed.
