What are five tips you have for women who are looking to turn into a creative mogul like yourself?
1. Know who you are and what you’re about, and don’t settle for anything that doesn’t align with that brand. It’s a slippery slope.
2. Stay inspired! Don’t get complacent. Travel, take walks, read, see films, and network. Keep the thoughts flowing.
3. It’s easy to get on social media and complain. But at the end of the day, people don’t really care to hear how many emails you have to write or how “busy” and “tired” you are. This doesn’t mean you can’t keep it real. But unless I’m asked, I try my best to keep complaining to a minimum. I have definitely un-followed some “Debbie Downers.”
4. Don’t be so hard on yourself. Give yourself time to relax and rejuvenate. Believe me: getting burnt-out is a MUCH bigger time suck than just chilling out for a few minutes each day.
5. Always think ahead. Plan your next step and think about how you can go above and beyond for your clients (and those that you want to be your clients). If you make it easy for them to work with you, they’ll come back for more.
Love the space in your loft office! so fun and cute…just like the outfit you are wearing.

Does anyone know how comfortable the copper chair from BlueDot is? I’m re-doing my dining area with a 36 inch marble top tulip table and am thinking of using these chairs. But I just can’t tell if they are comfortable from all the photos!
