Teal? Check. Gold? Check. Glitter? Double check! Add in the fact that a bar cart full of festive libations serves as the backdrop for this simple garland tutorial, and this DIY is right up our alley here at Glitter Guide. The garland stores easily when the party isn’t in full swing, but we think it’s perfectly acceptable to use as daily décor too!

3 inch round punch
Standard hole Punch
Scrapbook paper in desired colors/finishes
Using the 3 inch round punch, cut out as many circles as you want, depending on how long you want your garland to be.
Then using the standard size hole punch, cut two holes in each circle, one on each end.
Thread the twine through the holes and glue along the back.
Your new garland should be dry and ready to hang within 2 to 3 hours!
Bonus Tip: If your circles aren’t facing the right direction once it’s hung, try taping pennies to the back of the circles right below the center line. The added weight should be just enough to orient them correctly!
