  • Place party favors on each guests plate. We went with gold unicorns made by Pitbull & Posies and unicorn snow globes made by Sitting in a Tree.

  • Try hanging flowers or branches upside down from your celling with thin strings. It creates an interesting and gorgeous design for your table. Ours was made by the talented Natalie Bowen Designs.

  • More is more in a fantasy-inspired party. Layer the table with multiple tablecloths, vases and hurricanes. For a white winter wonderland feel, keep everything in the same color scheme.

  • Vintage metallic glassware pops against the white tablescape.

  • Make a drink that is unexpected and delicious. We made White Chocolate Martinis and rimmed the glasses with gold sanding sugar. Yum!

    White Chocolate Martini:
    -2 oz vanilla vodka
-1/2 oz white creme de cacao
-1 oz Godiva white chocolate liqueur
    - Gold sanding sugar shavings for rimming

  • Make unique and delicate crowns for all of your magical unicorn guests.

  • Display beautiful things like clutches, jewelry and desserts for your guests to admire.

  • Gold and white delicious desserts from Pretty Please SF.

  • Custom invitations are a must. We went with a whimsical design by Kelli Murray.

  • Spray paint unicorns or any inexpensive toy to use as pretty decor or favors.

  • Make sure to have plenty of yummy beverage options. We love having a bottle of One Hope Wine at all of our events. Half the profits of One Hope BRUT Sparkling Wine goes toward ending child hunger.

  • These days it’s not a party without a photo backdrop, so dedicate a wall to fun photo sessions. We made our backdrop with pretty white crepe streamers and metallic gold garlands.

  • When it comes to a dress code let your guests know the theme. Ours was white and neutrals mixed with texture and sparkle.

  • We also encouraged each guest to try a winter makeup look that they couldn’t get away with on an average day. We had girls with doll lips, white pale powder with ruby red lips, purple eyeshadow, etc. Same with the hair. We used white chalk on blondes and gold shimmer chalk on brunettes to give their locks a new hue. This is one party where your guests can create a fun fantasy look!

  • A playful game of “Pin the Glittery Horn on the Unicorn” came at the perfect time after a few cocktails.

  • Little unicorns are welcome to join in on the fun too!

  • The most important thing is to have a blast! It’s a fantasy party and nothing is too out there!
