Recipe File: Frosted Gingerbread Martini

No cookie says Christmas quite like a classic gingerbread treat. And while we are used to enjoying this festive flavor in the shape of gingerbread men, Leah of Freutcake is showing us how to translate this childhood favorite into a cocktail that’s perfect for adults.

“This Christmas I have the perfect sweet (and a bit naughty) dessert cocktail to sip on. A Frosted Gingerbread Martini rimmed with vanilla frosting and sprinkles and garnished with a tiny gingerbread man. But don’t be fooled by that sweet icing smile…this cocktail is a slow sipper and really packs a punch. Cheers to a fun and festive holiday!”- Leah

If you can’t find gingerbread liquer (I couldn’t) gingerbread coffee syrup is a great alternative!
