With 2014 here its time to start thinking about healthy eating, exercising more and setting goals for the year ahead! Lucky for us Carlene from Healthfully Ever After is back with another nutritious and delicious recipe to kick-start your healthy eating. This parfait would make an ideal breakfast to start the new year with!

A healthy and filling brunch option, you’ll score protein from Greek yogurt and antioxidants from gorgeous winter pomegranate with this easy parfait for a party! The best part? It’s easy to use what you have on hand by switching out vanilla yogurt for berry flavored yogurt and topping with a granola or whole grain cereal. Just top with a sprinkle of cinnamon.” – Carlene

-0% Vanilla Greek Yogurt
-Granola (home made or store bought) with cinnamon


In individual parfait dishes, layer pomegranate kernels with Greek yogurt and top with granola.
