The Balanced Life with Robin Long
If you’re motivated by positivity, Robin Long is your girl! Her Pilates videos are easy to follow and help tone and tighten your core, along with every other muscle! Try her Full Body Workout playlist for a quick 25 minute session targeting abs, buns, arms and back.
The Pilates Fix
This channel is classic Pilates with a modern twist, led by Los Angeles instructors Andrea Spier and Kristen Matthews. Routines are only 5-10 minutes, so they’re easy to do in short spurts on a busy day! Want Pilates on the go? Andrea has her own (free!) iPhone app called Perfect Pilates Body so you can workout even when there’s no computer in sight.
Blogilates features POP Pilates and boot camp sculpting workouts to Top 40 Hits with Cassey Ho, who is a super bubbly and motivating fitness instructor. If you’re motivated by high-energy instructors, this is for you!
Tone It Up
The beach-inspired workouts from Karena and Katrina will make you dream of your next tropical vacation. Featured in SELF, Women’s Health, Shape Magazine, Triathlete, Glamour, and more, these girls know a thing or two about making fitness an enjoyable part of your lifestyle.
