Corri McFadden’s company eDrop-Off has become one of the largest luxury consignment companies in the country. And as if that weren’t enough, she also hosts a weekly fashion segment, runs a fashion blog and is currently expecting her first baby! Her busy schedule certainly hasn’t kept her from maintaining a perfectly decorated Chicago apartment, however — it’s filled to the brim with beautiful trinkets and details. Corri gave us a tour of her place, as well as some great advice on bringing an idea that you believe in to life!

How and when did your business eDrop-Off begin?
I started eDrop-Off 10 years ago this October. It was actually my senior project, and I knew I could develop it into something great. Not everyone felt that way, however. My program director thought it was a terrible idea, but I knew I had something and refused to be deterred. So, I skipped my graduation to go to eBay LIVE!, and eDrop-off’s doors opened in October 2004. 10 years later, here we are — one of the largest luxury consignment companies in the country, with over 350,000 luxury items sold to date.
