It’s definitely no secret that superfoods are totally essential in improving our overall health—but which ones have specific beauty-boosting properties?! We did a little digging to find out!

    Just started integrating chia seeds into my diet. I’m loving them in overnight oat parfaits. Several vegan food blogs have great recipes for them (The Ambitious Kitchen and Oh She Glows are faves). I’m going to have to give this recipe from Skinny Taste a try too!
