Yesterday over on Style Me Pretty, our editorial director Caitlin shared a rosé-tasting + flower-arranging party, which she collaborated on with her wedding florist and photographer. One of the hardest tasks on her wedding-planning journey thus far (besides the guest list!) has been making choices about flowers. To make things a little easier, she invited her florist Holly Chapple to come into the office she shares with Meg Biram to chat all things flowers — all while sipping some rosé and snacking on a delicious cheese plate! Wishing you could join the floral and gourmet fun? Read on for tips on how to host your own wine-tasting and flower-arranging party for a wedding shower or girls’ day this summer!

Start with the flowers! Hire a local florist to come and teach your friends about flower arranging — or, do your own research and pick up blooms at a local flower market, farmers’ market or florist.
I LOVE this idea for a party! I could totally use some help in the flower arranging department and I’ve just started experimenting with rose. Good thing A Fabulous Fete is practically my neighbor. I’m sure she wouldn’t mind recreating this with me.
Such a fun idea! I took a floral arranging class last winter and everyone had an absolute blast – it’s such a perfect party concept!
What a fab idea… kind of retro and utterly amazing! http://fashionfollowsher.com/
