Cookie Dough

  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. butter, room temperature
  • 1 Tbsp. granulated sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • Milk, as necessary
  • 1-2 Tbsp. milk chocolate chunks (to your liking)



For The Cookie Dough
1. Cream together butter and sugar.
2. Mix in flour.
3. Pour in vanilla and a drop of milk. Combine. If the mixture is too dry, add a little more milk until it all comes together.
4. Stir in chocolate chunks and refrigerate dough for 10-15 minutes.
5. Once refrigerated, cut or break into small, bite-sized pieces.

For The Milkshake
1. In a blender, combine chocolate ice cream and milk and blend until smooth.
2. Fill a cup 1/3 of the way full with milkshake mixture.
3. Sprinkle in some cookie dough bits.
4. Repeat until glass is full.
5. If you’re feeling especially sinful, top with whipped cream and a few more cookie dough crumbles. Dig in!
