Recipe File: Sparkling Sangria

There’s nothing more refreshing than a glass of sangria on a warm summer night! We’ve tried several different recipes throughout the years, but this one may be our new favorite. It’s a cinch to assemble and a total crowd-pleaser. We whipped up a batch for our recent One Hope Wine tasting party, where we encouraged our friends to take the recipe to go.   • 1 bottle chilled bubbly
  • 4 ounces brandy
  • 4 tbs sugar
  • 1 pear, sliced
  • 1 apple, sliced
  • Handful of blackberries 


1. Combine sliced fruit, brandy and sugar in a bowl. Cover and place in the fridge for 30 – 60 minutes prior to serving.

2. When ready to serve, place fruit and brandy mixture in a pitcher. Top with bubbly. Stir and add more sugar to taste if desired!
