  • Baton Rouge is actually west of New Orleans on I-10! Start in Baton Rouge and you’ll pass through NOLA :)

  • I just did Santa Cruz to Carmel. Amazing! Also, glad to see Tucson made the list!!!

  • While I love both Atlanta and New Orleans (and currently split my time between the two), the road trip between the two is not at all what I consider a road trip you have to take! You do not pass through Baton Rouge (other direction of nola) and the views of the Mississippi are slim. Most of the drive is through desolate stretches of Alabama, not the cute southern Alabama but the ’15 miles to the next gas station’ warnings desolate Alabama.

  • I’m going from Ohio to Washington in about a month, and I can’t wait to see what the northern half of the country has to offer! My parents moved back and forth from Ohio to Arizona a couple times when I was a kid, and that drive can be a bit boring!
