Remember the dear days of exchanging Candygrams with friends in middle school? Oh, the nostalgia! We’re kickin’ it old-school with this slightly elevated DIY project. Combining super-cute, colorful Sweethearts (we must admit, we’re partial to the modern “text me” sayings) with an unexpected touch (cotton candy!) makes for an adorable gift to hand out come February 14.
- Mason jars (we love the gold lids on these ones we nabbed at the dollar store!)
- Ribbon
- Scissors
- Candy of your choice
- Cotton candy
- Handwritten labels
DIRECTIONS
Fill the jar halfway with the candy of your choice, then fill the top half with cotton candy. Make labels with a small hole on one end. Thread the ribbon through the hole, then tie the label and ribbon around the jar’s sealed lid. Let a bit of ribbon hang for some extra softness.
