Abby’s September Budget Buys

black clutch

Before the sun sets on September, Abby is back to share her budget buys for the month. From cozy knits to chic bags and accessories, her current favorite pieces are all under $50!

Tassel-Front Sweater

Tassel-Front Sweater ($24.90): I love how this cozy sweater incorporated the tassel trend without being overtly boho. It also comes in a tan color.

ASOS Scarf

ASOS Square Scarf In Leopard Print ($26): This bold scarf would add some pizzazz to any outfit!

forever 21 flats

Faux Suede Strappy Flats ($24.90): I’m obsessed with these shoes! To me they feel like the fall version of the lace-up sandals everyone has been wearing. They go with everything!

striped dress

Lush Long Sleeve Knit Dress ($42): Can you ever really go wrong with a striped dress? I adore this one’s slightly swingy shape. I’d wear it with some cute flats now, and with tights and boots later.

suede hat

ASOS Fedora Hat In Suede Look ($33): My hat obsession continues. Suede is all the rage right now, and this fedora looks so luxe and fabulous!

over the knee boot

Over-the-Knee Faux Suede Boots ($44.90): Over-the-knee boots are always on-trend come fall and winter, but they often end up costing a pretty penny. These faux-suede ones are just under $50—and they’re really comfortable! They also come in tan and gray hues.

striped sweater

Classic Striped Sweater ($19.90): This lightweight striped sweater is perfect for my fall and winter wardrobe here in Southern California. I love the zipper detail on the back—and the fact that it comes in three different color combinations.

black clutch

ASOS Winged Detail Clutch Bag ($27): The shape of this clutch is what I love most—and since I’m in need of a black clutch, I just might need to press “purchase”!

sweater dress

V-Back Sweater Dress ($27.90): I’m obsessed with the back of this sweater dress. It comes in two more versatile colors—and you can’t beat the price!

leopard flats

ASOS LIVE A LITTLE Pointed Ballet Flats ($33): I’ll never not love a pair of leopard shoes! My beloved leopard loafers of four years are looking pretty beat up, so I may have to snag this pointed-toe pair.

Hooded Sweatshirt Dress ($22.90): If this isn’t the ultimate weekend piece, I don’t know what is! Wear it bare-legged or with leggings.

cowl neck sweater

Dreamers by Debut Cowl Neck Sweater ($27.90): I’m always looking for affordable cozy knit sweaters in the fall. This one from Nordstrom is an amazing price—plus, it comes in a total of five different colors.

zara bucket bag

Tassel Bucket Bag ($29.90): I’m in love with this burgundy bag adorned with black tassels! It’s the perfect size (and looks way more expensive than $30).asks blanket wrap

Pieces Stripe Oversized Blanket Wrap ($32): If you’re looking for an oversized wrap or cape, ASOS has some fabulous and affordable options. This blue striped one in particular caught my eye!

Kimichi Blue Envelope Bill Wallet ($39): I just think this wallet is so chic! I love the velvet detailing.

boyfriend sweater

Boyfriend Cardigan ($12): If you can’t get enough cardigans, be sure to check out this one from Target. It comes in a whopping 22 colors!

zara pants

Biker Trousers ($39.90): I’m digging the cool details on these biker trousers. They’d look amazing with your favorite cozy sweater and black booties. And they can be dressed up or down effortlessly!

zara boots

Combined Ankle Boots ($49.90): I can’t get over how amazing these booties are. I love everything about them—the chunky heel, the shape of the toe, the pretty but simple hardware.

Classic Aviator Sunglasses ($10): Aviators have been my go-to sunglasses style for a while now, but I often get tired of wearing the same pair all the time. These shades from Urban Outfitters come in a slew of lovely hues—I’m intrigued by the rose- and blue-colored pairs!
