A girl can dream, right? The onslaught of a freezing winter has given us a serious case of wanderlust—and these hotels have all earned a spot on the top of our wish list to visit in 2016!
The Gates Hotel Key West (image by @PrestonKonrad): This sunny beach hotel has popped up in our Instagram feed too many times to count. Between the drool-worthy interior design, picture-perfect pool and prime Key West location, we are sold.
Belmond Hotel Caruso (image by @OlympiaCreative): Of course, the Amalfi Coast is on our wish list! The Belmond Hotel Caruso, which is a former 11th-century palace located on cliffs above the Mediterranean Sea, offers breathtaking views, a spectacular infinity pool and stunning architecture, making it one not to miss.
The Saguaro Palm Springs: Chances are you’ve probably seen this colorful hotel in your Instagram feed. Featuring a cutting-edge design and bold color palette, which was inspired by indigenous desert flowers, The Saguaro Palm Springs is a hotel that we truly hope to visit this year.
The London Edition: Located in the artsy Fitzrovia neighborhood, The London Edition is home to the swanky Ian Schrager-designed Berners Tavern, sleek guest rooms and the reservations-only Punch Room bar.
Washington School House: Looking for a cold-weather getaway this ski season? Check out this luxe boutique hotel in Park City, Utah. And traveling with kids? You’re in luck! This 12-room hotel, which was originally built as a school in 1889, was recently named a family-friendly travel destination by Travel + Leisure!
Grace Hotels Mykonos & Santorini: Looking for a Grecian getaway? Both of these properties boast stunning views—who wouldn’t want to wake up to that breathtaking view outside your window?
The Carneros Inn: Wine country is always on our must-visit list and we usually find at least one weekend a year to escape to this special spot. In addition to gorgeous views (just look at that pool!), Napa Valley’s Carneros Inn features guest cottages, an award-winning spa and complimentary bikes for guests to use during their stay.
The Modern Honolulu: Designed by famed architects, George Yabu and Glenn Pushelberg, The Modern is a chic Hawaiian retreat that boasts views of the Pacific Ocean and the city skyline. With its prime Oahu location and myriad amenities, it’s no wonder this hotel made our wish list for 2016.
