There’s nothing quite like a classic striped shirt! Essential for every season, it’s the perfect layering piece and pop of print to add to any outfit. Today, the editors of Glitter Guide are sharing their favorite striped shirts and why they can’t get enough of them.
Taylor: Pregnant or not, I love The Longsleeve Tee from HATCH ($98). It’s super comfy and it looks chic with so many looks.
Caitlin: I have too many striped shirts to count—I live in my HATCH shirt (the same one that Taylor loves) year-round (it’s seriously the comfiest), but this season I really like the fit of these Who What Wear for Target Women’s Bateau Tees ($19.99). It’s available in three colors, and I own it in two of them!
Abby: I love this nautical Forever 21 Striped Muscle Tee ($12.90) for summer! It’s the perfect everyday tee and a great layering piece. Plus, you can’t beat the price!
Carrie: A classic, slightly-slouchy striped T-shirt goes with just about anything! I love the idea of pairing this budget-friendly Madewell Whisper Cotton Crewneck Tee in Morelia Stripe ($32) with army green jeans and a jean jacket, or a black mini and bright cardigan.
Carly: Nothing beats a classic J.Crew Striped Boatneck T-Shirt ($39.50) in my opinion, and my closet would agree, as I have way too many to count! I love the slightly slouchy fit of this one that I can easily dress up or dress down.
Arin: I can’t handle how cute this Topshop Stripe Off the Shoulder Top ($38) is—it’s a classic twist with a punch! It’s beyond cozy and versatile, and part of my OOTD essentials!
Nicole: This Aerie Striped Real Soft Tee ($22.95) is my favorite because it is high quality, without the high price point. The material on this thinly striped tee is ridiculously soft, so it’s cute and comfortable for summer!
Erin: I usually get my T-shirts from Old Navy because they are a great price point, making them easy to replace when they get tired. The Short-Sleeve Linen-Blend Boyfriend T’s ($16.94) are perfectly oversized.
Natalie: Oh gosh, how does one choose?! I have a lot of favorites that I’ve had forever that are sadly unavailable now, but one current one I love is the HATCH Bateau Top ($158). It’s a classic style that is timeless, and—bonus—it has pockets!
