We are back today with another recipe we created using a favorite Christmas Coffee-mate creamer, and this time we’re putting it to work in an iced holiday cocktail! There are so many fun cocktail recipes to try this festive time of year, but we guarantee that this one will make it to the top of your list. It’s a boozy, iced spin on our Peppermint Mocha Recipe and it’s sure to please.
We serve this cocktail in copper mugs with our mini DIY gingerbread houses perched on the rim and it couldn’t be easier to make thanks to the delicious, creamy flavor of Coffee-mate’s Peppermint Mocha Creamer! Spiked Coffee Candy Cane Cocktail
*Makes one drink.
- 1 cup pre-made iced coffee
- 1/4 cup Coffee-mate Peppermint Mocha Creamer
- 2 tablespoons chocolate liquor
- Whipped cream
- Into a shaker, combine chocolate liquor and iced coffee.
- Shake and pour over ice.
- Top with creamer and whipped cream.
