We are just two weeks away from the final reveal of my master bedroom for the 2017 One Room Challenge! I have to admit there is still a ton left to do in the space, but we are making great progress. One of the things I disliked most about our house when we bought it was the character it lacked in architectural details. Well, now our bedroom certainly has some charm, thanks to our gorgeous new trim, baseboards and crown molding from Metrie! Working with Metrie was a dream and I highly suggest them. My sales rep helped me handpick the style for our space because I was lost in the overwhelming amount of options! I worked on gathering images of the look I wanted to achieve—I wanted something along the lines of craftsman style, but not too simple.
And here is what I ended up picking (the room is still very much in progress in this photo—we still need to caulk the bottom of the crown molding and paint). I can’t wait for the big reveal! I’m sharing our remaining to-do list below.
