Happy Q2! Am I the only one who bases her calendar on what quarter we’re in? No? Just me? That’s what I get for being a numbers nerd. Anyway, April is almost over, which blows my mind. It has been a busy month full of lots of new finds and discoveries that I can’t wait to share with you.

Sunny and Cheer x Merrill Melideo: What do you get when you combine two of my favorite creative humans and vintage goods? The prettiest must-have collab ever. This duo teamed up to breathe new life into vintage linens by dying them with avocado skins and pits, which gives them the dreamiest peachy pink hue.
Eleanor Oliphant is Completely Fine: I can’t remember the last time I devoured a book so quickly. I am in love with this book and the main character. If you’re looking for a quick, easy read, this one should be on your list.
Drawings of Dogs: One of my favorite IG accounts right now. Wholesome, cute memes on social justice themes? Right up my alley.
ban.do’s Daisy Collection: I am obsessed with daisies, especially in a ’70s vibe. When I saw all the new launches from ban.do, I had to have them all.
Moxy San Diego: My girlfriends and I were in desperate need of a kid-free weekend where we could just relax and have a good time. We booked a couple days at the new Moxy hotel in downtown San Diego and it was just what the doctor ordered. Not only was it super trendy and accented with hot pink décor, but the bar/lounge downstairs made it a one-stop shop for us over the weekend. We had the best time eating, drinking and just getting some R+R. If you’re visiting San Diego, highly recommend!
ban.do’s Daisy Collection: I am obsessed with daisies, especially in a ’70s vibe. When I saw all the new launches from ban.do, I had to have them all.
GLDN: I’ve been buying pieces from this Washington-based jewelry company left and right. I especially love ordering from the company because a portion of the proceeds from each purchase goes to a charitable cause. The Wildflower collection is my favorite, especially my ring!
The Conscious Kid: There’s a lot of noise on the internet, so when I come across an account that is informative, thoughtful and inspiring, I get excited. The Conscious Kid is an education, research and policy organization dedicated to reducing bias and promoting positive identity development in youth. Its Instagram is a huge resource for parents wanting to help guide their children (and themselves!) through a critical race lens.
Allies of Skin: This is one of my favorite skincare brands right now. The overnight facials are some of the only ones that I’ve ever used that I actually wake up and see visible results. I’m also loving its new serums, especially the Mandelic Pigmentation Corrector and Triple Hyaluronic Antioxidant Hydration Serum.
Fawn Design Weekender: I’ve gone on a few quick trips this month that didn’t require a whole suitcase, and this Weekender bag was totally perfect for my travels. Plus, that blush color is just too good!
