To Know: Did you know that in Japan, it’s mandatory for women to wear heels in the workplace. Pause for shock. More than 18,000 people in Japan signed a petition calling for a law that would bar employers from requiring women to wear high heels. This is a read you can’t miss!

New Launch: Homewares for good? Yes, please. In response to India’s smog problem, IKEA recently launched a made from rice straw to help reduce air pollution.

To Know: Sephora just launched a new leading campaign, Identify As We. The campaign centers on showcasing LGBTQ, non-binary and genderfluid individuals in Sephora ads to further the retailer’s inclusive efforts, and we’re SO here for it.

New Launch: We love the new 50 shades of Naked, and no, this isn’t another novel. We’re talking about Urban Decay’s new Naked foundation collection, which is releasing with 50 different shades.
