Hi! It’s Taylor Sterling. I wanted to share something fun we have planned for next week. We’re hosting our first photo challenge! If you didn’t know, we have a photo-editing filter pack with A Color Story. Our pack is named after our tagline “Flashes of Delight”. I created this filter pack using all the different hues and styles of edits I like to use for my photos. There is a lot of soft, neutral pastels and whites. It was the first time A Color Story had ventured away from its poppy colors and did something more muted.
A Color Story will be offering 30 percent off our filter pack starting today through the 23rd! You can download the App here and search for the “Flashes of Delight” filter pack and download that as well. For the photo challenge, we encourage you to post a photo each day from June 24 through June 30. Each day we will have a one of our most popular filters from our pack as the filter for the day. You can edit any photo of yours you want with that filter.
Make sure to tag @glitterguide @acolorstory and use #GlitterGuidePhotoChallenge so we can see your photo. At the end of the week, we will start post our favorite edits from the challenge!
We can’t wait to see what you create. Happy Editing!
Named after my best friend, Dr. Cassidy. This filter is brightening, with hints of white and pink tones. Great for adding the subtle pink hues to your images.
Named after my incredibly stylish grandmother who only wore white. This filter has a neutral white finish with a bit of contrast. It’s specifically nice for interiors.
Named after my daughter. This filter is a bright pink with a lot of warmth. Inspired by my daughter’s favorite color. It’s fun for adding a pop of pink to any photo.
Named after one of my favorite fictional characters, Carrie Bradshaw. This filter is very brightening and adds a slight blue tone to images. It’s great for indoors and outdoors alike!
Named after my wonderful big sister! This filter is a little darker than some of the others in our filter pack, but it’s great for adding a neutral tone with hints of blue and green. This one is nice for already highly contrasted, darker images.
Named after my incredible friend Tori who passed away from cancer. This filter has a very warm, golden tone. Inspired by Tori’s love of yellow and her shining personality. It’s wonderful for adding a lot of warmth to any image.
Named after my amazing mother! This filter has a lot of white tones. It’s very soft and calming. Adds just a bit of white and neutral feels to any image.
