The Best Vitamins + Supplements For The Busy Woman On The Go

We’re all busy. And when we’re busy, we get rundown and tired. And when we’re tired, we don’t take care of ourselves the way we should. Luckily, the beauty and wellness industry has taken note and came up with some solutions. Whoever said, “I don’t want to drink 8 ounces of apple cider vinegar a day, let’s concentrate it and put it in a couple capsules,” is my kind of scientist.

As a friendly reminder, I’m not a doctor, just a girl who values time and accessibility, so always check with your doctor before taking anything new. If you’re interested in venturing into vitamins and supplements as part of your wellness routine, here are some of my favorites.

Moon Juice SuperYou Capsules

This supplement is a holistic stress management capsule. By helping normalize your cortisol levels, this super herb-blend of ashwagandha, rhodiola and shatavari roots promotes mental clarity, increased energy levels and an overall sense of balance.

Grow Girl “Let It Grow” Hair Growth Supplement

I love these gummies! These supplement gummies by Grow Girl support hair health with biotin and vitamin B12. They taste great and are super affordable. I grab mine from Target and I can already see the difference after just one month.

Vital Proteins Beauty Collagen Strawberry Lemon Supplement

Add a scoop of this collagen beauty supplement from Vital Proteins into your lemon water each morning. It’s a tasty blend of collagen, hyaluronic acid, probiotics, organic strawberry and organic lemon. Basically, all the things your skin really, really loves.

Hum Nutrition Here Comes The Sun Supplements

Combat sunshine deficiency with this daily supplement, crafted to lift the spirits and brighten the skin, all without the damaging UV rays. This is a great one to stock up on as the colder months creep in!

Goldmine Adaptogen Powder

This spicy, tasty adaptogen powder is a great addition to your morning coffee or tea. The ayurvedic herbs combine to help ease stress and even improve digestion.

RMS Beauty Within Women’s Digestive Enzyme

A key factor in promoting good digestive health, enzymes help counter the effects of natural aging on overall health, allowing you to look and feel your best for years to come. Made with 17 enzymes, this supplement is an essential addition to mealtime for optimized digestion and health.

Love Wellness UTI Don’t Think So

Keep UTIs at bay with these supplements. It was developed by a urogynecologist to stop specific bacteria that causes UTIs to stop from attaching to the bladder wall. If you are prone to UTIs, you definitely want to look into this one.

Perricone MD Travel Booster

This is a great supplement for frequent flyers. Made of 10 different types of organic mushrooms, this supplement is awesome for helping to boost your immunity and increase circulation during those long flights.

Propolis Spray

Propolis is a natural resin made by honeybees and is a great holistic remedy for when you’re not feeling your best. If you suffer from allergies or frequent sore throats, this is one to keep on hand.

Tonik No. 2

Apple cider vinegar has incredible beauty and wellness benefits, but it’s not the easiest drink to sip on. Each capsule in this bottle contains 1000mg of apple cider vinegar, so you never have to choke down the bitter taste again in order to reap the rewards.

Briogeo B. Well Vegan Omega 3, 6, 9 + Biotin

Briogeo is one of my favorite haircare brands, and I’m so excited it ventured into the world of supplements. These vegan capsules are packed full of sustainable omegas without any fishy smell or taste. Your hair will be stronger and shinier in no time.
