It’s safe to say that most of us actively use social media these days. There’s also a good chance that many of us are using it too much. Despite our love/hate relationship with social media, we don’t plan to moan on and on about the negatives. Even if you also have mixed feelings about it you probably still use it or have to for work, and there are a lot of positive things that come from it. We want to explore different areas of social media (mainly Instagram) and how it can benefit you.
We all know that social media is crucial for your business (and we’ve talked a lot about that in the past), but this month we want to look at things like: friendships made on social media platforms, wellness trends found on social media that work, therapists who are crushing it on social, how social media effects your creativity, and more.
Thriving on social media is hard, but it’s important to focus on how it can be used to your benefit and to set boundaries to the parts that are having negative effects on you. We hope this month we can help you discover a fresh perspective and get you into a new groove.
