Ways that holiday traditions can double as exercise:
· Power-shop! The mall is a great place to get cardio in.
· Participate in a holiday ‘fun run.’
· Take a family walk after a big meal. A night stroll around the block is such a good bonding time.

I think people call them yoga shoes. Nike has them as “Nike Studio Wrap Pack”

Food hangover is something I’m not familiar with, but lowering alcohol intake is a good advice, since it’s just empty and useless calories anyway. And I think I can manage going for a walk a few times, pretending it’s exercising ;)
